The spirit of giving and community continues to shine at Sandringham High School, thanks to the incredible initiative led by the The Den Gym and supported by the Class Of 2002 and the Sandringham Community!

After a call went out for pre-loved shoes for Sandringham High girls who play netball, the response was immediate and inspiring. Understanding that proper footwear is essential not only for performance but also for safety and confidence on the court, the Class of 2002 rallied together and partnered with The Den Gym to make a real difference.

The result? Over 60 pairs of shoes have been collected for our netball players.

This generous contribution ensures that more of our young athletes can step onto the court feeling prepared, proud, and supported. For many learners, access to quality sports gear can be a challenge, and this initiative has helped remove a significant barrier.

More than just shoes, this donation represents encouragement, belief, and a reminder that Sandringham alumni remain deeply invested in the future of the school. It reflects the power of community and what can be achieved when past and present Sandringham families unite for a common purpose.

To the Class of 2002, members of The Den Gym and Sandringham community we thank you for stepping up and stepping in. Your generosity is helping our girls move forward with confidence, one game at a time!
